"Massimo's double bass case has thick padding, which really makes me feel that it protects the instrument. Also, the handles are placed where you'd want them when carrying it, which makes me think they understand the musician's needs."

〈About massimo products〉
"I had been searching for a soft bow case for a long time. Many veteran orchestral players use soft cases. Why? I think it's because it saves a step.
Hard bow cases are a bit cumbersome to put a bow in. If you hold the case with one hand and the bow with the other, you might drop what's inside or drop the bow. So, it would be good if you could place the bow case somewhere, but often there isn't a convenient spot backstage.
Massimo's soft bow case can be folded compactly, so it doesn't feel out of place even when brought onto the stage. You can put your bow away immediately after the performance, so cleanup is quicker.
Is it for rosin and a pencil? There's a pocket of just the right size. It can hold about two rosins. It's well thought out.
I also think the area under the double bass fingerboard is the safest place. It's like the bow is protected by the instrument... It's reassuring when flying. This was an unexpected bonus."

〈About massimo products〉
The padding is thick, but it's very light, and it has many handles, making it easy to carry.
What I particularly like is the perfectly sized pocket. I often travel by train, so I want to consolidate my belongings as much as possible when transporting my instrument, but with this case, I can store plenty of other essential items besides the instrument, which is very useful.
